Made-to-Order Return and Replacement Policy

All products are made specifically after an order is placed. Please carefully review the product, design, color, size, quantity, personalization, and shipping address before completing your purchase.

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds for customer ordering errors, including incorrect sizes, colors, designs, quantities, personalization details, shipping addresses, or changes of mind.

If your product arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. You must provide your order number and clear photographs showing the product and the problem.

Once the issue has been reviewed and verified, we will provide a replacement of the same product at no additional cost. We may require the original product to be returned before issuing a replacement.

Replacement eligibility does not include incorrect size selection, fit preference, normal color variations between screens and printed products, ordinary wear, or damage caused by improper washing, use, or care.
